The Noxxowbot in "Noxxowberg."
The Noxxowbot is the main antagonist of Johnny Blan. He looks exactly like Noxxow, only that he is more robotic and evil. He has appeared in Noxxowberg, Group in Time, Caveman Antics, Sherm vs. Mussel, Heat Wave of Doom!, Chocolate, Byte-Sized World, and Giant Trouble.
